About Campos Constructions
I’m Frank Campos, the proud owner of Campos Constructions, and my journey into the world of building began with a simple love for working with timber. Growing up, I found joy in crafting custom furniture, and that passion led me to study carpentry under some truly talented builders who shared my enthusiasm. Completing my builder's course was a pivotal moment for me, as it solidified my commitment to the craft, particularly in renovations and bespoke building.
What drives me every day is the satisfaction of seeing tangible results at the end of a project. There’s something incredibly rewarding about transforming a space and knowing that I’ve played a part in creating a home that my clients will cherish. Over the past five years, I’ve had the privilege of completing 20 renovation projects in Sydney, each one a unique journey that has taught me the importance of problem-solving, maintaining strong work ethics, and sticking to budgets.
At Campos Constructions, we pride ourselves on our efficient build process and our commitment to quality control. We hold regular toolbox meetings and provide our clients with weekly updates to ensure they are always in the loop. Approaching our first renovation was daunting. A long overdue update to our family home involved extensive bathroom, kitchen and cabinetry works as well as some major structural and design challenges. In the early phase we had been less than impressed by experiences with a number of architects and designers. Potential builders either made us very nervous about their work quality or were frighteningly expensive.Then Frank was recommended and we never looked back.
Frank was extremely competent and professional yet approachable, friendly and willing to put in the extra effort to obtain quality results. As well as being great with the tools, he is an impressive manager. His selection and direction of tradies and subcontractors was excellent.
One of the best aspects of working with Frank was his willingness to communicate and his flexible and skilled approach to the unforseen problems and variations that emerged over the build. His insightful solutions combined with his acceptance of our suggestions made overcoming the inevitable building issues simple and easy. He has also been quick to assist with a couple of minor issues that have came up over the few years since the renovation was completed. He keeps in friendly contact as well, which we appreciate.
We found Frank completely trustworthy and always felt that things were being well built and well managed. We would look forward to seeing him for progress updates knowing that nothing would be undisclosed or evaded.
The project was successfully completed on time and on budget and we are extremely happy with our wonderful new home. We would highly recommend Frank as a builder for any complex renovation project like ours.
